The objectives of this mission were to upgrade an existing object / relational framework. When I started this project, the framework was a child-one. My tasks were to add a query generator engine and add a query model for the framework.

This step achieved, I developed a tool for the business object generation. From a database, this tool generates C# classes with all properties the framework needs. One of my latest tasks was to convert the framework under the .NET 2.0 Framework. I also manage 2 people a few times before the project ends.

  • Marketing and technical documentation
  • Creating on-the-fly query engine from heterogeneous sources (XML, code)
  • Creating a dynamic filter system for queries
  • Migrating the project to .NET 2.0
  • Migrating an existing generation tool (from .NET 1.1 – VB to .NET 2.0 – C#)
  • Adding a template system to the generator
  • Adding a simple business components generator

T-Systems France, subsidiary company of Deutsche Telekom, Lille (59)

I created tutorials and documentations for a technical framework used in banks and insurances applications (C#, Web Services, ADO, SQL Server). These tutorials and documentations permit new developers to understand easily and quickly the T-Systems Framework.

I also developed a light-weight client for this framework (Visual Studio 2005, SQL Server 2005, Framework .NET 2.0). So, for example, I created personalized components for web pages who match components used for the weight client.

Moreover, I upgrade the technical framework which was used by banking and insurance applications.

  • Tutorials and documentations creation about application framework
  • Technical solutions proposals (Web Services tester for example)
  • Migrating from internal framework using .NET 2.0
  • Creating light-weight client using .NET 2.0

I was in charge of the creation of an internationalization component for the AppliDis application – Distributed Applications Server. This component allows language changes in the application (COM Components). I created tools for helping translators (MFC, C++).

I also managed the normalization of communication protocol between server’s components (C++, Web Services, C#). So, from a private protocol based on XML, I changed to Web Services Technology.

  • Writing tutorial documents about Web Services
  • Standardising application communication protocol
  • Setting up language manager module
  • Creating translation tools
