Software Architect

CAD Rechenzentrum AG, services provider, Allschwil (CH)

After a few months as member of the architecture team, I finally worked as the Software Architect from the KUBA project.

KUBA is a specialized application for road structures and tunnels. It supports the fundamental activities of maintenance management, from condition assessment to the documentation of maintenance interventions. KUBA’s principles are based on a professionally recognized methodology developed by FEDRO (Swiss Federal Roads Office) over the past two decades.

  • Functional requirements analysis
  • Architecture definition (partially)
  • Architecture documentation (SAD)
  • Architecture implementation
  • Definition of the internal development framework
  • Prototypes creation
  • Technical team meetings organization
  • Leading code and concepts reviews
  • Use Cases realization
  • User Interface design
